Anyone who tells you so is lying or ignorant. Either way, don't believe him/her.
Whether any trading system has merit must be up to you to decide. If you do not have the knowledge to make that decision, then you must work on gaining that knowledge.

I really am in need of a good system for futures trading... It seems as if everytime I go long its short and vice versa... please help.
Sounds like you should pick a trade and then do the opposite. That's as good as any at picking the direction of a market in advance without a crystal ball.
I prefer a sure thing myself, so I quit trading.
This question is regarding an online futures trader with a low risk trading system that is highly profitable. He wishes to use his trading strategy/skills to make money for an institution or an individual. However the trader does not have any financial degrees, or experience working as a "professional" trader; only personal trading experience. The trader does not have any "start-up" capital of his own that he is willing/able to risk and is wondering what would be the optimal place to look for employment. Any details would be very helpful, especially from anyone else that has been in a similar situation before.

There are no easy paths... Try to find a backer - a person who will invest funds with you for some kind of fee arrangement - don't hope to get more than 20% of the profits...
I know I'm supposed to create my own trading system, but someone must have one that works and can pass it on to me. I just need it to get started and then I can tweak it up as I go.

If you trade futures, stocks, FX: do you use the same Trading System or a different system for different markets.
Also what is/are the Trading System that you use for each market:
1) one you bought off the shelf;
2) put together yourself from existing indicators & techniques (ie MACD, Moving Averages, Chart Patterns, etc);
3) developed entirely by yourself through mathematical programming into a new proprietary system
Not fishing for the secret all infallible holy grail of trading system (if it even exists).
Just want a simple answer like:
I trade using point (2) using candlestick patterns and moving averages as trailing stops. Use it to trade FX.
Dont need to know the time period of your moving averages or secret mathematical formulae you've programmed into TradeStation or MetaStock.
